梁朝水,1967年生,廣西壯族自治區欽州市人,畢業于廣西藝術學院美術系,中央美術學院油畫系。國家一級美術師，中國美術家協會會員。

  Liang Chaoshui was born in 1967 in Qinzhou City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. He graduated from the Fine Arts Department of Guangxi Academy of Art and the Oil Painting Department of the Central Academy of Fine Arts. National first-class artist and member of China Artists Association.
